ECOMNEX MART PVT LTD currently ships products only within India. Orders from locations outside India cannot be processed at this time.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During high demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities and Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.
