3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

5. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, especially if the same product is available in stock.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by ECOMNEX MART PVT LTD.
If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
